Ingredients
For the Crust
- 24 Oreos
- 4 tablespoons butter
For the Filling
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 6 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 12 Oreos, roughly chopped
For the Topping
- 6 Oreos, roughly chopped
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Make the Crust
- Place 24 Oreos in a resealable plastic bag and crush them using a rolling pin until they turn into fine crumbs.
- Melt the butter in the microwave.
- Combine the Oreo crumbsand melted butter in a bowl until well mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined 9-inch square pan. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Filling
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 15-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the room temperature cream cheese until creamy.
- Gradually blend in the melted white chocolate until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the 12 roughly chopped Oreos until evenly distributed.
- Spread the filling mixture evenly over the prepared Oreo crust in the pan. Set aside.
3. Add the Topping
- Sprinkle the 6 chopped Oreos over the top of the filling.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 15-second increments, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the top of the bars.
4. Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once chilled, remove from the pan, cut into squares, and enjoy!
