Juicy Big Ranch Burgers 🍔

Get your grill ready for a mouthwatering experience with these delicious Big Ranch Burgers! Using juicy 80/20 ground beef and Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning, these burgers are a hit at summer barbecues. Paired with a creamy Big Ranch Sauce and fresh toppings, you’ll love how easy and satisfying this recipe is!

Ingredients

For the Burgers:

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20 for optimal juiciness)
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Pickle chips (optional)
  • Butter (for the buns and grill)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill
Fire up your Weber Spirit Grill to medium heat. Allow it to preheat for 10–15 minutes with the lid closed for even cooking.

  2. Prepare the Patties
In a bowl, combine the ground beef with the Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning. Form this mixture into 4 equal patties, being careful not to overwork the meat.

  3. Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the Big Ranch Sauce. Place it in the refrigerator while cooking the burgers.

  4. Grill the Burgers
Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 3–4 minutes on each side or until they reach your preferred doneness. Add American cheese during the last minute and close the lid to help it melt.

  5. Toast the Buns
Spread butter on the cut sides of the buns. Place them cut-side down on the upper rack of the grill. Flip them once grill marks appear to achieve a golden-brown crust.

  6. Assemble the Burgers
Spread Big Ranch Sauce on both sides of the toasted buns. Then layer with lettuce, tomato slices, the cheesy patty, and pickles if you like. Serve hot and enjoy!

Tips for Perfect Burgers

  • For the best flavor, use high-quality beef.
  • Customize toppings to your liking for an added twist.
  • Keep an eye on your burgers to avoid overcooking!

How to Store Leftovers

Wrap each burger in foil and store in the refrigerator for up to 2–3 days for optimal freshness.
