Instructions

  1. Prepare the Grill
    Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 450°F (232°C).

    Brush the grill grates with oil and wrap the unpeeled garlic in a small aluminum foil packet.

  3. Grill the Vegetables
    Place the garlic packet, halved onion, and jalapeño on the grill over direct heat. Close the lid and grill until the veggies are charred and softened, about 15 minutes.
