  • 1 1/4 kilograms cubed beef stew meat
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 small package of dry onion soup mix

Combine beef and butter in a slow cooker. Sprinkle onion soup mixture over beef. Cook on high power for 4 to 5 hours, stirring once. Best served with toasted wheat bread or over cooked egg noodles.

Beef and Cheese Ravioli

What do you need:

  • 1/2 kilogram of ground beef
  • 1/4 kilogram of frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups of diced tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain the fat before incorporating the tomatoes and spaghetti sauce.   • 1 1/4 kilogram of beef tenderloin roast
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter

Place the beef tenderloin roast in a shallow baking dish. Brush with butter then pour soy sauce all over the beef. Bake in preheated oven (350F) for 10 minutes before flipping roast. Continue cooking for an additional 30 to 40 minutes, basting occasionally, until cooked through or to desired doneness. When you’re ready, let the meat rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
