What do you need:

  • 1 kilogram of chopped chicken breast

  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 large head of broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cups of green peas
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple
  • 2 to 3 cups of teriyaki sauce

Prepare 4 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil, folding the sides to create a 1-inch rim. Spray foil with cooking spray. Divide the rice, chicken, onions, peppers, broccoli, green peas and pineapple among 4 leaves. Fold the sides to create a bundle. Drizzle each with teriyaki sauce. What do you need:

  • 1/2 kilogram of ground beef
  • 2 potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 12 cherry potatoes, halved
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced ​​baby carrots
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt seasoned with pepper

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup chopped onions and Worcestershire sauce. Season with 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt. Cook on a preheated grill, covered, over medium heat until all ingredients are heated through and potatoes are tender, about 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool before consuming.
