Having trouble getting your little one to eat vegetables? No worries – there are ways to cook meals your child will love and won’t even suspect that they are packed with healthy products. Prepare these vegetable recipes that will make your child want to eat healthy:

Delicious French fries with green beans

What do you need:

  • 1 / 2kg. fresh green beans, ends trimmed
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Combine the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on a plate then place the hummus on a separate plate. Line a greased baking sheet with heavy aluminum foil. With clean fingers, hold one end of a bean and run it through the hummus to coat it, then roll it in the cheese and breadcrumb mixture. Place the coated bean on the baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of the green beans.

Bake in preheated oven (400 degrees) for 15 minutes or until desired doneness. Let cool before serving with your choice of dip.

Honey bacon and roasted carrots

What do you need:

  • 1 kg. carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
  • 2 slices of bacon, diced

Combine carrot pieces, honey / maple syrup and bacon in a large bowl. Stir until ingredients are well combined and carrots are coated. Place the mixture on a greased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for half an hour. When you are ready, check (using a fork) if the desired doneness of the carrots has been reached. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Season with a little cayenne pepper if desired.

Easy Zucchini Pepperoni Pizza

What do you need:

  • 3 zucchini (preferably the same size), ends cut off, sliced ​​into 3/8 inch wide
  • 20 pepperoni slices, halved
  • 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of mixed Italian herbs
  • 1 teaspoon of Spike seasoning

Arrange the zucchini slices in a greased baking sheet (covering the baking sheet completely) Season the slices with the Spike seasoning and the Italian herb mixture, then top with the mozzarella. Grill in preheated grill until cheese begins to melt, about 2-3 minutes. Arrange the pepperoni slices on top and grill for an additional 3 to 4 minutes. Let cool before slicing and serving.
