Fondant chocolate cake in a mug

What do you need:

  • 3 tablespoons gluten-free flour (sifted)
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon of butter (softened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 spoonful of ice cream
  • 1 pinch of salt

In a large bowl, combine the flour, powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and salt. Carefully stir in the milk, butter and vanilla extract. Stir until the ingredients are well combined. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mug and heat in the microwave for 1 minute.

Let cool for a few minutes before sprinkling with the remaining cocoa. Serve with ice on top.

Easy apple crumble

What do you need:

  • 6 red apples, cored, peeled and each cut into 8 wedges
  • 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons of raw sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of rice flour
  • 3 tablespoons of almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons of dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon margarine, softened

With a little water, heat a pan over medium heat then place the apple quarters to cook until tender. Remove from the heat and set aside. To make the crumble, combine 3/4 cup of the sugar, rice flour, almond flour, dried coconut and margarine in a bowl. Mix with clean hands until the ingredients are well combined.

Divide the cooked apples (with the juice) in a greased baking dish. Place the crumble mixture over the apples and bake in a preheated oven (180 ° C) for half an hour or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold with cream or yogurt.

What do you need:

  • 1/4 kg (or a little more) milk chocolate
  • 1/2 cup toasted sliced ​​almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, diced

In a saucepan, melt the milk chocolate with a little water over low heat. Once melted, add the crumbled rice cakes, almonds and apricots. Stir to combine the ingredients well.
